This building is having three basement levels to be used as technical rooms, training rooms and parking lot. The white exposed concrete facade is the main characteristic of this building. This type of designs requires a great communication and understanding between the structural engineering team and the architect.

has maximum provision for natural lights

This building has maximum provision for natural lights; architect has tried to keep this building green by providing such provisions. The natural light comes into this building through facades and slab heaving glass windows.
